DIETER CARELS

Founder

Hi there, I’m Dieter. Nice to meet you!

Here’s me in a nutshell:

  • I'm an organizational psychologist, passionate about anything that has to do with change and the behavioral and motivational psychology behind it, as well as inter and intra-team dynamics and the influence of systems on behavior and those dynamics.
  • My other passion, on the other side of the spectrum, is data science, analytics, machine learning, AI and the like. Trying out new tools, being burried in Excel files, making PowerBI data models and dashboards, writing Python code to make predictive models, … bring it on!
  • I have been a management consultant for more than 15 years, in many different sectors, contexts and environments, both domestically (BE) as internationally (UK, FR, NL, DE, CH, ...).
  • Key fields of expertise are company culture programs, small or large scale transformations, change management projects, improvement programs, leadership programs, data analytics projects, etc.
  • I love to interact with all levels in the organization: from shopfloor to top floor. It's people who drive me, not their level.
  • I get my energy from engaging with people, brainstorming and finding creative solutions for (tough) challenges together, bringing order to chaos, putting plans together and seeing them unfold, coaching people and seeing them shine, and using (dry) humor whenever I can ;-).
  • People describe me as: passionate, driven, both conceptual & pragmatic thinker, creative problem solver, communicator, and a true "compagnon de route".
