How can you make hybrid working work for you? 🤔 Time for a 4D-perspective!
Last week Elke Carlier and myself gave a lecture on this particularly fascinating topic for a group of entrepreneurs of The Square community of Bank van Breda (and again on April 23 and May 23).
Because hybrid working is here to stay. There is no doubt about that. And for up-and-coming generations like Gen Z’ers, it’s even a dealbreaker if it’s not offered.
Unfortunately, this form of work is starting to hit its limits in many companies, and a lot of headaches are emerging. “We are not only losing our productivity, but also our cohesion, our identity, our culture, despite all the investments,” is an often-heard concern among a many entrepreneurs and executives.
So how do you make it work? How do you make sure that not only the employees’ interests are central to the workform you’re setting up, but also those of the organization, the company culture and its leaders?
Elke and I have developed an approach for entrepreneurs and leaders, to (re)design their hybrid workform together with their team, from the 4 aforementioned angles: employees, company, culture and leadership, and to make it sustainable for the years to come.
We call it the 4D-goggles of hybrid work 😎.
Recognizable? Want to know more about our approach? Would you also like an inspiration session on this topic? Feel free to send me a message.
Let’s make it work! 👍
